The meats
PASTURE RAISED BEEF
Ethically raised by a network of farmers and coordinated by Happy Valley Meat Company, our beef is raised on pasture without the use of antibiotics or hormones, and is predominantly grass fed. We do carry a limited selection of 100% grass fed and grass finished beef from Vermont.
AMERICAN LAMB
From Sepe Farm in Newtown, CT, our lamb is fully pasture-raised without the use of antibiotics or hormones.
HERITAGE PORK
Owned by Jen Milikowsky (a New Haven native!), Walden Hill provides pasture-raised, acorn-fed heritage pork right here in Connecticut.
FREE RANGE CHICKEN
Antibiotic and hormone-free, our chicken is grown on Amish and Mennonite Farms throughout New York and Pennsylvania.
