From whole chickens to prime rib, roasting meats is one of our favorite ways to spend a cold evening. Come learn the best techniques from Chef Emily Mingrone and our head butcher, Zach Pierce! We will teach you many of the fundamentals such as trimming and tying, as well as the proper tools & temperatures needed for the perfect winter roast. And through the magic of television - we will have many of the meats available for tasting while we teach you how to prepare them at home. Drinks may be purchased a la carte at the bar!
