Join us and learn the art of making sausage! In this class, you will learn the basics of whole hog butchery, working through primal cuts all the way to making sausage. Each student will have a hands on experience learning the craft, and will also be provided a mix of goodies to cook at home. Light fare will be served & drinks may be purchased a la carte.
